Our Head Chef, Piers Driver, is absolutely passionate about food and sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients to create traditional dishes with a modern British twist. We take great pride in our meat, selecting the very best meats for those fantastic flavoursome steaks and Sunday roasts. House specialities also feature Pork Belly, Spit of chicken and Pies. We have daily changing chalkboard specials and a “Comfort Food” bar menu with dishes such as Pork Pies and pints of prawns.
